Good work life balance and good team co-ordination with few good managers

Though we upskill project opportunities are very less and mapping to such project will not happen to most of them. Main concern would be salary and incentives which is very low in market.

Work policy: Not all projects need to follow hybrid model. It's up to the employees to decide when to come to office. We can work from home for all weekdays. Some projects will need team on premises.

No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike .
