Sometimes due to client meetings and deadlines you may need to work in other time zones as well as you may be required beyond the working hours .

Poor growth. You will always stay far behind with your peer friends in other companies.

Promotion once after 3 years even it is not sure. You may need to wait for 5, 6 months more. And your will be the only person need to reach your unit manager and keep them asking for this then they may took a look for your promotion.

Most of the management is lacking management skills with a few exceptions, appraisal process has been getting skipped every year, unrealistic commitments to clients like working every weekend without compensating for it

Option to work with different project, if you are determined enough to switch to project to project and work on various technologies.

Dislikes

- There is no encouragement, manager won't appreciate you officially by sending emails or in teams to avoid discussions in appraisal cycle. - No team outings and team lunches, I have being working from 4 years till now no team outings is conducted. - Salary hikes and Variable payment is very poor. - Lot of politics.
