You will struggle to find your unit HR. No direct contact to HR for that too you will have to raise a ticket. Everything is system Oriented. After maternity if you utilise your earned leave, system will automatically put you into leave code with LOP without your consent and if you are on bench in this period. Then being on LOP is also your fault that too which you haven't applied.
