There is nothing great working at Infosys except slogging and .

Doing unproductive tasks in the project. Productive work will be 30-40 % . Rest is unproductive work like excel work, documenting etc. Career is doomed working with such organisation. The worst is the management. They give a deaf ear to our expectations, issues etc. Always lazying and only waking up when the client makes any sound. Such an unprofessional organisation.

It doesn't give early promotion to top performers they follow generic rule and based on that only they promote they don't give early promotion for exceptional performance and pay it also very less

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

We won't get any recognition in the project and company as well but it mainly depends on the manager and if you are thinking about money means this company is not for you as we won't get any appraisals or bonuses

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

There is so much to learn while working on live project. There is dedicated ETA department to help you with skill up by providing trainings and courses.

Salary increment is bit of worry here. If you have joined as a fresher, you won't find value for your work.

They failed to provide me work environment where I would feel respected by my teammates as a person. I did not want hike in terms of money but I was just looking for good work environment where I would get to learn lot of things and would feel involved in team meetings and all the work assigned by client.

Infosys PP role is quite challenging as well as innovative.Real life problems are to be solved that needs a sound knowledge of technology to solve it efficiently.

Sometimes due to client meetings and deadlines you may need to work in other time zones as well as you may be required beyond the working hours .

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax.
