There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).

The company is all about show and there is nothing to be happy about. When you join the company , the first impression would be good as the area where they do training and interviews is very well and full developed however, apart from that all other things are very bad and not working. They are totally opposite. Also, they do not let you take leaves as per your choice and will ensure that you work for more than 12 hours a day by giving you unnecessary work and that too at the time of logout. And if you fail to do that, the next day they will either issue a documentation or either boycott you and make you feel that you do not exist. The senior management will force you to do unethical things and they if anything goes wrong, they will not support you and will run away. Als, they fool there clients by giving such data which is not available and charge money as well in the name of things and the salary structure is also very bad and no benefits and unnecessary deductions. I understand now this company is just opposite of what people express through reviews. I mean it's a great choice if you decided to join IGT. Company culture is employee friendly. Work-life balance is always present in the list of Company's priorities. There are doctors present all the time also, made an app for employee's emotionaland mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. There is ntg to like in igt manager tl are very rude they don't care about expert heath .They are only concern about the targets.If we are performing good they will never appreciate that .They will never increase salary , they will only increase the work load.

If will never give sick leave in any situation we have to work and complete our target in small thing they will raise a warning Letter please don't work in igt you will get depressed only.

1. Upper management ( for drama they will mess up your mental health ) 2. HRs Business and recruiter ( have baises over religion and language, salary was promised for 30k but they were giving on 20k out of which you will have to pay 2k for cab ) few female HRs were abused by male HRs if they have health issues and can't come to theoffice. 3. Work environment ( there are some upper management who favour their religion and male gender, for example if you have to clarify few things in front of your teammates, a male employee can easily make fun of you plus your manager laughs at it in place of stopping them , that shows how unprofessional they are. If you are late like for few minutes due to sickness though you inform your manager you will insulted infront of the team, but if you a guy, went for a smoke break or went to play games , come late by more than half hour you are still welcomed with no warning nor insulting , in cab you can see PDA and stuff ). If you complain about it , you are putting yourself in trouble. 4. Food ( there's no hygiene in food court you can smell something pungent, Maggie is not something which is enough for people, there are no other food items so get your own food guys) 5. IGT was My first company as a fresher. IGT is a great platform to learn about travel term (GDS). Management staff was good enough. Salary was law but it was good environment.😊

Absolutely horrendous. Dubai management is Indian and toxic to the core. They have unrealistic targets. 1 person in the name of HR who is has no backbone to stand whatsoever. They treat their employees with use and throw attitude. They hire and downsize in a loop. No job security. Its an outsource company. It’s a very bad company having pathetic work culture and there is no work life balance. They don’t give you time to improve even if you are new. They can throw you out of company on any single thing.
