About the Role

Exciting Opportunity- IGT Solutions Hiring for Manager/Sr Manager - Policy Expert(T&S)

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across multiple. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing whats right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Client engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases with speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in client and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.

• Role: Manager/Sr Manager - Policy Expert(T&S)
• Reporting to - Head - T&S
• Location Gurgaon
• Work timings 24x7

Responsibilities

• Anticipate policy issues, elections and political content as it relates to our product and technology platforms, develop policies and enforcement recommendations on how to address them.
• Lead, develop, and implement content policies for client products, with a view towards user safety, product quality, and privacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure policy analysis and recommendations consider all teams’ perspectives.
• Resolve high-profile policy issues, coming from the public, users, and internal stakeholders.
• Influence product decisions and prioritize and improve user experience for policy-related issues through collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Trust and Safety teams.
• Drive awareness and understanding of our product policies and across user base through research to set industry standards.
• Review or be exposed to sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.
• Ability to work in ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills- should be able to articulate problem statements in crisp and concise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10-14 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
• 5 year of experience working cross-functionally across business lines.
