It will became hell in IGT Rotation week off :: not only rotational week you have to be ready for rotational days also one day your shift timing is 10-7 bt another day it will became nite shift another day 6-3 something like that you will not able to select by your own</mark>.. Week off : the say you that 6 day working but no its 7 day working is your TL ask you to come on week off you have no option to denie .. yes their is double pay on that day but your life became hell... Over time : they say you that sometime you have to do OT but no 25/30 you have to do you have no choice and OT paid is 50/hr they say u that 100 but its 45-50 .. every day you have target and without completing your target you will not allow to logout.. and every day you have to work for 12-13 hrs ..in office only . No mobile phone - your mobile phone will be kept outside in a locker you will get 2 15min break and a 30min break . Training time: is around 21 day classroom + 1 month of On job training the say you that 14 days on job training but no ... Some are working there from sept 2023 ans in fab 2024 till they have not get there certificate. But classroom training is fun you will enjoy 21 days if your trainer is nice . 30 days notice period You will get sik just in 2 month and also if you think that i will take sik leave ..no you have to submit document for that also other wise your salary will get detected .. And the force you to come for half day f you have fever cold cough only hospitalize they allow for sik leave .. paid leave : this is funny thing in IGT you have to inform atleast 10-7 days before ..for 1 -2day week that totaly upon your TL 95% time they will denie and allow you only one day and if you will inform within 7 days your salary will get detected .. 1 side cab in odd hours .. means only in 9 pm 11 pm 2pmm and 3,4,6 Am you will get But if you are not taking cab your TL will makr your cab and your salary get detect 100rs per Not reporting on cab.. atleast 300-400 each month get detected like this and you will get this in next month salary .. Your TL will say only soory to you and he will assure you that in next month you will get that ... Over all In IGT your lofe became hell.. if you think that you will search another job and leave this no you will not get time to go for check in any other company.. you have to leave first...Read More

Everything. Shift changes every week. Imagine working in a night shift and boom! The next week your doing 6-3am shift. Cab facility is a pain in the... Rude drivers, late drops, early pick ups, you name it. You get close to managers, and you'll get promoted easily, even if you're process knowledge is ZERO. Computers don't work well. You're working and all of a sudden your system shuts down. Employees sacrifice their log in hours just because there are not enough functioning systems available. The only time you'll have working systems available is when client visit is due. Salary deductions are frequent. Your payslip will have anomalies every month. False deductions are a norm here. Don't expect fancy gifts on Diwali. The best you'd get is a sandwich. So, the bottomline is that this company should be avoided at all costs. I'm glad I quit after 6 months. In the name of rotational shift they will change your shift every week. No washroom breaks. You may have to work straight 5 hours without a single minute's break. If you change your Aux and date and take a breather or make a run to the washroom, they will use this as ground for termination and quote this as work avoidance. There's mandatory over time for which you may or may not get paid. It is the job of management and team leader to find ways to deduct your over time money. Oh! I completely forgot! In the name of cab service (deductible from your salary) you will be dropped 2 hours prior to your shift and after a shift of 8 hours they can at their wims decide to extend the shift by another hour or two.( PS, As mentioned above, don't expect to get paid for this extra work)...Read More

If you are desperate to work and want to work like a dog for more than 8 hours and want to get only 15 minutes break then yes guys this is the right company for y'all to join. Such a poor management. Employees sometimes get only 15 minites break in 8 hours work. Ask anyone and they won't deny this. I am here talk about Expedia process. The managers tell you to work for 8 hours straight and at the end of shift they tell you guys who have remaining breaks take it. How does this work???...Read More
