Everything Rules Policies Week off policy Biased people Genderism If you are a male . Than iE culture would be terrible for you. And favouritism . You will get appraisal or appreciation only if you are favourite of management's one or two person. Don't think if you are good at work&knowledge you will get appreciation or promotion. Never think like it Lockers are dirty and far away from the working floor. And no washroom breaks. No adjustments , if you dont get system on time then you will have to extend your shift according to that. System issue is a major problem. You will not get system easily. And luckily if you get your system it will take 15-20 minutes to get started. And no matter if system or extension is working fine or not you will have to bear that loss. So this is the worst things i think i am not writing full details or i am forgetting the things. But yes if someone Ienergizers person is reading this. Kindly solve it. Salary is good, they will give you the salary what you want also salary comes on every 7th of the month in morning by 8AM maximum it doesn't matter it is Sunday or any other day (except 7th is any holiday)

For promotion if you are favourite of your supervisor then you will promoted to AM from TL directly but if not they will stuck you in middle by providing Sr. TL

I don't like ienergizer because it's very big company with less mentality they are not hiring muslims people. I request govt to take action on it and request muslims don't go there your full day will be waste. They will say after interview that you are not selected.
