Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is not a transparent . Weekly once they conduct gaming , fun activities but there is no salary hike for experienced employees and no more celebration no more bonus we have to work in government holidays too without any incentives..

There is no bond thats encourable. But no salary hike for experienced persons if we want to quit the job we cannot apply paper they not accept and there doesn't give experienced certificates as soon still I didn't get my experience certificate eventhough I remember to TL & HR .It's very slow process to get results from the team .Other wise supportive staffs are so friendly and colleagues are help us in our work...Read More

Still I didn't satisfy with this job I just learn about tamilnadu government but I very lucky to have a good team good persons around me .In iccs all the colleagues are pure soul

Dislikes

After the completion of paper period they don't give the reliving letter what they date informed to us. They will extend the days of working more than 10days . Management was wasting the agents time and carrier and there is no more knowledge capable work no more increments
