Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales team performance, including outbound calls, shrinkage, attrition, and team coaching.
  
• Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates within the team.
  
• Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve targets through effective communication and leadership skills.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM software) to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales team performance.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive business growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
