Company Secretary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage company secretarial activities, including notice preparation, agenda setting, minute taking, and statutory filings with MCA.
  
• Conduct due diligence on new clients and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide legal support for corporate law matters related to companies act and other relevant laws.
  
• Ensure timely submission of documents to stock exchanges (BSE & NSE) for listing purposes.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records of company meetings, resolutions, and minutes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Company Secretarial role or equivalent position.
  
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Corporate Law, Due Diligence procedures.
  
• Proficiency in CS software applications such as SAP or similar systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external parties.
