Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer with a strong background in insurance or collection to join our team at ICCS Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Design & Delivery:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and soft skills.
• Create tailored training content specific to insurance and customer support industries.

Performance Analysis:

• Identify training needs by analyzing performance data, conducting skill assessments, and gathering feedback from team members and managers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.

Team Development:

• Mentor and coach sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with team leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on training outcomes, team performance, and areas for improvement.

Industry Awareness:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the insurance or customer support domain.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
• Proficiency in using training tools, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and improve results.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• Certification in training, sales, or collection is mandatory.
