BPO Soft Skills Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Delivering training programs within allocated timeframes.
• Conducting assessments for communication skills and provide feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on how to manage calls and customer service.
• Managing advisors and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet established standards and achieve optimal results
• Identify the training needs across different levels and create content required
• Conducting refresher training for associates to improve their soft skills/communication skills.
• Participating in call Calibrations & meeting to understand the training requirement
• Motivate the Associates and provide feedback to improve performance
• Keep track performance regularly
• Experience in call monitoring, couching, classroom training is a must in BPO.
• Should have good understanding of BPO customer service environment.
• Education Under Graduate & Graduate (In Any stream)
• Experience Should have worked as trainer in BPO voice process
• Candidates should be able to travel both ways to work on their own, even during odd hours.
• Weekly OFF – One-day off on rational basis. 6 Days of work in a week
• Communication Skills – Candidates should have very good command over English language
• Salary – Up to 30K
