Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored to college students.

Facilitate interactive workshops, group activities, role-playing, and simulations to improve students' communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs and modify content as needed to meet student requirements.

Work closely with academic departments to integrate soft skills development into the curriculum.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students in areas such as presentation skills, conflict resolution, and career development.

Stay updated on current trends in soft skills training and incorporate new methods and tools into training sessions.

Organize and conduct mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and other career development activities.

Track and report on student progress and performance.

Collaborate with faculty, career counselors, and other departments to promote soft skills initiatives across the campus.

Offer guidance and support to students in overcoming personal development challenges.
