Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Dadar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training sessions aimed at enhancing the communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution.
2. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises tailored to participant needs.
3. Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
5. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
6. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.

Key Skills Required:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
3. Ability to connect with diverse audiences and adapt training methods accordingly.
4. Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive training modules.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
2. Certification in soft skills training or related disciplines is a plus.
3. Proven experience in conducting soft skills training sessions.
