Role- Counselor

Location: Pune (Erandwane)
Language Proficiency: Marathi, English, and Hindi
Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in the same industry)
Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Salary Bracket: 28,000 - 32,000 per month

Joining Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Guiding Prospective Students:

• Explain admission procedures and available courses to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Admission Support:

• Assist students throughout the admission process, helping them select suitable courses based on their eligibility and academic qualifications.
• Ensure a smooth enrollment and admission process for students.

Skills and Competencies:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and parents, understanding their needs and providing appropriate guidance.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inquiries and admissions processes efficiently.
• Knowledge of Educational Programs: Familiarity with various courses and programs to provide accurate information to prospective students.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve concerns or issues that may arise during the admission process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in counseling within the education sector.
• Knowledge of the local education landscape in Pune.
