Role HR Intern for Talent Acquisition- University relations and campus hiring

Locations- NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune

Duration- 6 Months

Reporting to- Ops Manager Talent Acquisition and Client Relations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Establish co-ordinates for different colleges and universities to build connections.
• Build Relationship with TPOs and Department Heads.
• Secure opportunities to host campus hiring events.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for campus hiring programs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance campus presence.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remote be diligent and self-disciplined.
• This job requires you to meet college TPOs in person and organize Campus / Job drives.
• Manage to set up Job stations in colleges after successful meeting with the respective college TPOs

Evaluation Metrics:

• Shift time 6 to 8 hrs.
• Min. 3 college job stations in a week
• Target - 15 job stations in a month
• 1 credit point to earn after each job station
• Resumes collected or applications collected will determine the success of the job station and its continuity as a campus hiring location.
• Attendance to be marked by the TPO on roster (make a template)
• Daily catch up / huddle with the team
• Monthly review
• Recommendation letter will carry details of success in talent acquisition and the execution of the role (make one)
