Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail and Sales Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions for candidates aged 18-35 as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The trainer will be responsible for equipping candidates with essential retail and sales skills, enhancing their employability, and fostering personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail and sales techniques.
• Develop practical and role-based learning modules tailored to the needs of CSR candidates.

Curriculum Development:

• Design and customize training materials aligned with retail and sales industry standards.
• Incorporate real-life scenarios and case studies for hands-on learning.

Candidate Engagement:

• Motivate and inspire candidates to actively participate in training programs.
• Provide individual feedback and mentorship to help candidates overcome challenges.

Performance Assessment:

• Evaluate candidates' progress through assessments, role plays, and simulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on candidates' performance and areas of improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project teams and CSR partners to ensure training goals are met.
• Provide insights to improve program effectiveness and outcomes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of retail and sales processes, including customer handling, upselling, and merchandising.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to engage and manage a diverse group of learners effectively.
4. Proficiency in designing training content and using digital tools.
5. Empathy and patience to mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Certification in Training and Development (preferred).
