Job Title: Junior Content Writer

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in behavioural training

Salary: 4-5 Lakhs per annum
Qualification: Any Graduate or any Post Graduate

Job Summary:

Were looking for a creative Junior Content Writer with a focus on wellness and mental health. You will develop engaging, clear, and visually appealing content for training programs. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

Develop engaging, informative, and clear content for behavioural, soft skills training programs

• Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal team to understand the requirement and align the content with program goals and objectives.

• Visual Design:

Create visually appealing training materials to cater to wide range of participants, from junior levels to leadership roles.

• Thought Leadership:

Generate content that is thought-provoking, encourages self-reflection, and stimulates discussions.

• Content Updates:

Regularly review and update training content to ensure it remains relevant and is attune to bridge the gaps in the industry.

• Feedback Integration:
• Incorporate feedback from training sessions to refine content and improve overall program effectiveness.

Skills Required:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to design and present content in a visually appealing way.
• Content Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to create thought-provoking, engaging, and well-researched training content.
• Creativity: Ability to implement fresh ideas to the training content to enhance the learning experience.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, appropriacy and clarity in all materials.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand format.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A genuine interest in behavioural and soft skills in real life.
