Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide product training and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and best practices to offer informed support and advice to customers.
• Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
