Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage the schedules and appointments of the Business Development team.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans.

Communication Management

• Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the team.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication across all stakeholders.
• Draft and review emails, reports, and presentations.

Operational Assistance

• Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases for the Business Development team.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Market Research and Reporting

• Conduct preliminary market research to support business development initiatives.
• Compile and analyze data to prepare insightful reports and presentations.
