Sales and Marketing Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and account management
• Handle inquiries from clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Regular fieldwork to meet customers and product promotion
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
• Monitor and analyse the performance of sales and marketing initiatives
• Compile data and prepare regular performance reports for management review
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media
• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & ability to effectively use Google's search engine to find relevant, accurate, and precise information efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
