Office Assistant Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Maintain and update marketing databases, records, and contact lists
• Assist in processing invoices, dispatches, expense reports, and budget tracking for marketing activities
• Monitor and track inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items
• Conduct basic research to support marketing projects, such as competitor analysis and market trends
• Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and communication with vendors
• Support the creation of social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital content as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree, administrative degree is a plus
• Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in a marketing environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google search
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms) is an advantage
