L&OD Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Organizational Development Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that drive employee growth, performance, and engagement. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in organizational development and learning while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning and Development Support:
   
• Assist in designing and updating training materials, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and data analysis.

1. Employee Engagement:
   
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
• Help analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

1. Research and Analysis:
   
• Conduct research on best practices in L&OD, leadership development, and talent management.
• Analyze industry trends to enhance the organizations learning strategies.

1. Administrative Tasks:
   
• Maintain and organize L&OD records, resources, and tools.
• Track participation and progress in development programs.

1. Special Projects:
   
• Contribute to projects aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Support the development of competency frameworks, career paths, or succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  
• Graduate/Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills and Competencies:
  
• Strong interest in learning and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bonus Skills (Preferred):
  
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Experience with survey tools or data analysis software.
