New Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate new business leads using various channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
• Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure compliance and address any concerns related to services and contracts.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding any changes they want to make to their contracts. Collaborate with the HR team to communicate these changes and ensure implementation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, particularly HR, to address any client concerns, issues, or requests efficiently.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster future business opportunities.
• Reporting & Updates: Keep management informed about the progress of leads, client communications, and compliance follow-ups.
