Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing: Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,Naukri and other job boards) to

identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.

• Resume screening: Review applications, identify key qualifications, and shortlist potential

candidates for initial phone screenings.

• Interview coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and

communicating with candidates throughout the interview process.

• Candidate engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates by keeping them

informed about the hiring process and maintaining positive communication.

• Job postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and

company platforms.

• Talent pipeline building: Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for

future hiring needs.

• Market research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in talent acquisition to

suggest improvements in recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

or related field.

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
