Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) invites applications for the post of Academic Counsellor:

Position: Academic Counsellor - 01

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree
• Must possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in counselling and admission process in any institute.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and be well versed in English, Gujarati & Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Description:

• Advise students/parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
• Fix appointments on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour.
• Policy and Procedural Guidance
• Organizing Programs and Workshops
• Record Keeping and Reporting
• Assist in programme promotions and application.
• Follow up with prospective candidates on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with faculty members on aspects related to PGP and its admission process.
• Extend support to students in meeting all requirements related to admission processes.
• Assist in managing academic activities and schedules.

Type of Employment: Contractual.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
