Education Counsellor

As an Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their academic and personal journeys. You will provide expert advice on educational development, career choices, and personal challenges, helping students achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:-

• Help students with academic planning, study skills, and learning difficulties.
• Advise students on prerequisites, degree requirements, and admission procedures for further education.
• Help students explore their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Create a safe space for students to discuss their concerns and challenges.
• Provide information about admission requirements, and course selection.
• Help students understand the requirements and opportunities associated with different academic programs.
• Communicate with parents and understand their requirements
• Maintain confidential records of all counseling sessions
• Taking the full control of admissions working on leads assigned to individual

Required Skills & Qualification:-

• Any Graduate.
• Proven experience in counseling or a related field, with a focus on education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
