Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: At least 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, education, or a similar role.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Student-Centric: A positive and empathetic approach with a passion for student success.
• Target-Driven: A hunger to meet targets and deliver results.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
