Academic Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students on their educational and career paths, with a particular focus on promoting and selling our Digital Marketing course. You will play a pivotal role in understanding students' aspirations, providing expert advice, and assisting them in selecting the right course to meet their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about the Digital Marketing course, addressing their queries and guiding them through the course offerings.
• Effectively promote and sell the Digital Marketing course by highlighting its benefits and career opportunities.
• Provide detailed information regarding course curriculum, duration, fees, and career prospects.
• Stay updated with industry trends to offer relevant advice to students.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Follow up with leads and track student enrollment progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counselling or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze student needs to provide customized advice.
• Experience or knowledge in selling educational courses, especially in Digital Marketing, is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Previous experience in education or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.
