Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter specializing in BPO hiring, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of the BPO industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Sourcing Strategies: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs and providing regular updates on the recruitment process. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates and extend job offers. Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree .
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its specific hiring needs.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
