About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) / General Manager (GM) to spearhead our HR business onboarding initiatives, focusing on payroll, hiring, and compliance services. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in the HR domain, demonstrating proven success in driving business growth, building client relationships, and delivering excellence in HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Onboarding:

• Strategically onboard HR businesses focusing on payroll, hiring, and compliance services.
• Develop customized onboarding plans to meet client-specific needs.
• Ensure seamless transition and integration of new clients into our service ecosystem.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for HR solutions, addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.

Service Delivery:

• Oversee the delivery of payroll, recruitment, and compliance solutions to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor team performance and address any challenges in service execution.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on HR compliance laws and regulations to guide clients effectively.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR professionals to achieve business goals.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Business Development:

• Identify growth opportunities within the HR services industry.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement client acquisition strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR industry, with expertise in payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
• Education: MBA in HR or a related field (preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonaland communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute business plans that align with organizational goals.
