Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Develop use cases, user stories, and other documentation to capture business needs.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvements to optimize business processes.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should complete his/her PG from TIER 1 or TIER 2 University can apply.

• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services & consulting industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum), Waterfall, CRM Management systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
