For my process it was kind of relaxed. No manger in site so less pressure. Very less data has to be shared on daily basis. No work pressure is the high light but all depends upon the process

Dislikes

No job security. I have seen people thrown out of the company without proper reasons. Promotions after 1st level that is TL,QA, is very limited.

I completed my notice period on 15th July 2024 It's been more than 45 working days and company denying to credit my remaining amount and issue my reliving letter. They said will get the amount aftre 1 month from now. I met ER but ER team is useless.
