Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating sales activities, preparing sales reports, and managing schedules.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Order Processing: Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate delivery schedules.
• Follow-Up: Monitor pending leads, follow up with potential clients, and ensure the closure of sales opportunities.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM systems.
• Coordination: Liaise between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and analyzing industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide insights for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the BPO or ITES sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
