Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through phone, email, or chat.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the company for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO sales or related field (inbound/outbound calling).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
