Marketing General Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to achieve business growth objectives and increase brand visibility.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, content marketing, etc.) tailored to target audiences.

2. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

• Design and manage lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead nurturing, hand-off processes, and optimizing conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics to adjust strategies as necessary.

3. Brand Management and Positioning:

• Strengthen the companys brand positioning in the BPO industry through consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and success stories that showcase the companys expertise.

4. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy:

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive online visibility and engagement.
• Develop a content marketing strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and webinars, that resonates with the target audience and builds thought leadership.

5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate the company from competitors.

6. Budgeting and Performance Tracking:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with measurable ROI.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using metrics and analytics to adjust plans as needed.

7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Client Services, to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment with business objectives.

8. Client Engagement and Retention:

• Support client engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with the client services team to develop and execute client retention campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Marketing from Tier 1/2 school, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing and related activities
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and ROI measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
