Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in financial management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with the companys goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and accounting standards.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Provide guidance to the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring effective internal controls.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a BPO/ITES environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
