Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Regular customer's visits and meeting with them to build relationships to achieve DSO, revenue targets. 

Understanding and capturing customer's requirements, registration of complaints, follow up and it's resolution. 

Order Execution:
Coordination with factory execution team, for timely delivery of the orders.

Collection of Outstanding:
Review & analyze the outstanding cases, initiate and ensure collection of outstanding within the specified target to ensure companys profitability.

Qualifications - External

5-10 years Exposure into Electrical industry. 
Understanding of business functions and process, Knowledge of SAP (Added Benefits), Understanding of commercial documentation process.
Customer handling skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Result / deadline oriented, Understanding of LC documentations, Proforma invoices, BGs , Knowledge of dispatch process of any goods, Basic understanding of purchase order's T&C.
