Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers and pitch relevant products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and convert prospective leads into successful sales.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features and benefits to confidently address customer queries.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Reporting: Document and report daily sales activities and outcomes to the team leader/manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification:
• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Persuasive and confident demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and data entry.
