Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, expansion, and revenue for the company's FMCD products.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, and increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales planning and strategy development.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain to optimize P&L management.
  
• Drive innovation through new product launches and process improvements to stay ahead of competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCD/Retail industry.
  
• Proven track record of developing successful business plans and executing them effectively.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
