Role & responsibilities
You should:
- Engage customers following the APPLE Steps of Service.
- Present clear options to the customer by using company tools while following Apples policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to troubleshooting options and introduce the benefits of shopping with Apple to offer a complete solution and a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns.
- Take time to showcase device features and highlight Apples commitment to privacy during your customer interactions.
- Consistently connect customers to the entire Apple ecosystem including AppleCare, Apple Store App, business teams, and more.
- Assist customers with Setup to get new products ready for use.
- Engage with multiple customers at the same time, and make sure they understand next steps. Support the customer journey through Sales, On Point, Avenues, Apple Pickup, and more.
- Work with Experts and Specialists on the floor to improve customer interactions, increasing ownership and improving customer experience ratings.
- Lead and assist with briefings that support our customers business needs.
- Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apples offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
Preferred candidate profile
You can:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Show a track record of producing outstanding sales and customer experience results in a retail, sales, or similar role. • Personalize and effectively communicate solutions based on customer needs.
- Solve customer concerns through care, learning, and presentation skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time.
- Learn about and deepen your understanding of Apple products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience.
- Support and educate the broader team by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights.
- Collaborate and motivate across the store and among key partners to achieve individual and overall team goals.
- Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
- Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
