Doctor Referral Business Head

Roles and Responsibilities

•              Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations in the assigned hospitals.
•              Conducting Weekly and Monthly reviews with BD Executives.
• Interaction & coordination with Surgeons/Doctors about Targets, High-Value Cases &
  Procedures.
•              Prepare monthly tour plan and submit it for approval.
•              Daily and monthly reports with a summary of the area to the management.
•              Define and drive Standard Operating Procedures for service excellence.
•              Responsible for Doctor referral marketing.
•              Building a strong doctor network.
•              Meet doctors daily in the assigned territory.
•              Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and
  closing of deals with necessary documentation
•              Helping the clients understand various product offerings and solutions available with
  Dr. Agarwals
•              Handling all BD activities to increase footfall in the hospital
•              Responsible for revenue and growth of the assigned center
•              Conduct an Awareness Program for the General Public in the Doctor's Hospital/Clinic
  on Various Eye Awareness days.
•              To Conduct Camps for Hospital / Doctor Clinic / Chemists Association & General
  Public.
•              To Audit the Referral kit has been delivered to the Referee.
•              Focus on increasing the walk-ins and patient footfalls in the hospital.

Required Skills and Experience

•              Experience in Healthcare business development and B2B activities (15 18 yrs)
•              Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
•              Self – Driven Personality
•              Good Knowledge in MS Excel and PPT’s
•              Thorough knowledge of the geographic locations
