Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive intelligence reports on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  
• Oversee brand promotion initiatives such as events, exhibitions, webinars, and content creation to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  
• Manage performance marketing activities across various channels (SEM, social media, email) to drive lead generation and conversion.
  
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in B2B marketing with expertise in brand management, development, strategy & planning.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Tier 1 or Tier 2)

• Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
