I felt it’s very mature company by seeing market outside but in reality it’s like office politics and no scope for growth. Treats you like a resource (machine) than human being. Very bad company inside but outside all show off. CEO takes his cut but ground level employees got nothing! Worst company!!

False claims and announcements in media but internally no transparency in hike, promotion and growth

No work-life no salary no promotion no respect you are slave no person to talk about policy HR is least interested to talk about any issue every time same answer management decision evrything is ruled by banglore inshort lobby oriented organisation which only thinks about there benefit no employee respect no employee satisfaction you are just an use throw tissue paper clients are also over smart not giving quality work they will definitely treat you like you are professional slave and expect a person to know everything if someone knows everything then why he or she would work with you he or she will make you work with him or her company and all clients need to think a lot change is required for your low graded mindset don't play with persons emotions characters and most important don't use bossiness that will just be there until you work in real life you all are valueless person so change your attitude be assertive helpfull in nature share your knowledge bring the coworker up with you your knowledge sharing is not going anywhere if you will share it, it will get spread across which will enhanced your knowledge bank you are not losing anything by doing knowledge sharing you are earning quality people who will work for you not those greedy people who will yes to all your nonsense talk...Read More

Worst Manager, worst management. Lot of micromanagement. There is Nippon app which will track you for every single minutes and if you are idle for 2 minutes, it will not consider your efforts. Minimum 8 hrs is mandatory. If you have any other offer please do consider that.

For learning and experience this is good company.

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

Now company has started working on new technologies and trying to make a product out of it, I am part of that team. So work satisfaction is there, along with no mandatory WFO ( it mostly depends on your project and manager).

Appraisals will be very less even if you are top performer. There are a lot of process involved to get certain approvals. No proper communication on hike cycle this time

Job security is totally depend on the Client Project. You will never know when your tenure gets end on the Project. After that you will be on bench, dying for the work and wasting time
