Only Job security is good. Appraisal cycle is very pathetic , you will get the increased salary after 1 quarter. You will not get arrear if you are not getting top 2ratings. Not necessary you will get the same project in for which you are hired. You will not get performance bonus if you leaving company during appraisal or within 2months after appraisal completion. HCLtech has an excellent work environment based on people, place and culture. The learning opportunity is plenty .

Growth opportunity is limited and slow, appraisals are always delayed and hike is below industry standard.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. The upper management is terrible, they only want employees to come office daily and work, no extra curricular activities work life balance is not at good and they pay very less according to market standards, they treat freshers as their slave particularly in Unilever account which is located in Bangalore Jigani

Only like is their campus lush green infrastructure including cafeteria

Transport very poor half of the month you don't get transport cab and you have e to struggle a lot to get that reimbursement,appraisal not happening,no sick leave only 18 annual leave ,no Diwali gift ,bonus also they cut almost 50%,blackened,HR operation team is uselessas they will not resolve your queries in RFT

Initially for starting 3 months the environment was very good and positive..I thought this is the right place for my future but after 3 months the management started to show their true colors.

NO EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT Anymore THEY TOOK OUR MOBILE ASKED TO PLACE THEM IN LOCKERS WHILE COMING TO OFFICE ...NOT SURE WHO WAS THE GENIUS WHO AGREED TO THIS CONDITION AS WE ARE ALSO WORKING FROM HOME 2 DAY IN WEEK SIMPLE GENUINE, THEY FORCED US TO COME TO OFFICE FOR 9 HRS AND 3 DAYS IN WEEK.
