Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Poor Reporting Management. In my personal Experience with discussing anything reporting manager will give least Performance feedback, that review will be impact to other new projects assignation. So before taking a decision on any designation employee, HR at least need to discuss with their concerns.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
