There so many things to like about HCL. The health benefits and on time salary.

The new policy of EPB is very alarming for the company. Till the Oct 23 they use to give 100% EPB but after that they deducting it based on individual performance. You get 80% EPB on your highest rating called DP. If you're deducting money monthly for performance then why there is another component called yearly performance bonus? Surprisingly there was no advance notice to employees who joined after Apr 22 that they are not getting any yearly hike. The latest act of EPB deduction was plan from oct but they didn't do it in Oct. No clarity why it is not implemented after notification to all employees before Oct itself.But suddenly it started in Nov again no advance notice. Conclusion - don't plan your finance until you get monthly salary because anything can happen in HCL....Read More
