Political situations and favourisms are such basic things in Fusion People are more involved with Romance and poking other departments than doing the real work There is no such thing as Job security. Eg: Search in youtube Fusion durgapur (They hired 30 advisors from a different state, they came along stayed in rent for a month did their training and on the next day they all were fired as they were not required. At one night my colleague received a call, where he was told the department of WFM is getting dissolved and he does not need to come to the office from the next day I have heard about suicide cases as well....Read More

Working here is not secure. As a supervisor level also working over here is not secure anytime company can ask you to resign due to their politics wothout any strict reason.
