Urgent hiring For Service Advisor Position

Role & responsibilities:-

• Based on the customer's concerns and inspection, proactively recommend appropriate repair and maintenance services. Provide estimates of the cost and time required for the services.
• Suggest additional services or accessories that could benefit the customer' such as AMC, warranties, and other new Cummins initiatives.
• Convey relevant technical information to the Service Technicians to ensure they have a complete understanding of the issues. Service advisors cascade field flashes, Field learnings, to the technicians to ensure faster trouble shooting.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided and address any post-service concerns and work to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Keeps the customer informed about the status of their event proactively and provide regular updates on the progress of the service, any potential delays, and any additional services that may be necessary.
• Report Update: cross verify FIR, image analysis, code.
• Do the Skill Gap Analysis of Service engineers and fulfilling the training requirements. Timely Mentoring and motivating the team. Release their TR, advance release, visit plans.
• Ensure previous day call allocation and ensure Service KPIs of the team is achieved as per Targets.

Required Competencies & Skill:-

• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for service advisors, as they are the main interface between customers and the service department.
• Communication: Service advisors need strong communication skills to effectively listen to customer concerns, explain service recommendations, and provide updates on service progress.
• Product Knowledge: Having a good knowledge of the dealership's products and services helps service advisors better assist customers and provide appropriate service recommendations.
• Technical Knowledge: Troubleshooting skills on engines and equipments. Good awareness on electrical and mechanical and hands on exp. on systems
• Conflict Resolution: Service advisors should be skilled in handling customer complaints or conflicts professionally and diplomatically, ensuring a positive customer experience. OVERALL INTERNAL as well
• Customer handling: Demonstrating customer relationship management.
• Cross functional team management experience: Collaborating with various departments, such as sales, service, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential for managing customer data, tracking service requests, and maintaining a record of interactions.
• Team Building: The capability to recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
